Our Gender Equality Index
Since the introduction of the Professional Future Law of September 5, 2018, companies with 50 or more employees must publish their Gender Equality Index every year.
In accordance with Decree No. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019, this index (out of 100 points) is calculated based on four or five indicators, depending on the company's workforce.
At Kooples, the index was 99 points for the year 2021.
In 2022, The Kooples reaffirms its commitment to professional equality and ensures the continuity of the action plan established in 2021.
The results for each indicator are as follows:
Gender pay gap (39/40 points)
Difference in the rate of individual increases between women & men (20/20 points)
Difference in promotion rates between women & men (15/15 points)
Percentage of female employees who received a raise within one year of returning from maternity leave (15/15 points)
Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest paid employees (10/10 points)
