With this short formal skirt, the flowing skirt is back with a bang for your winter wardrobe. Made from a soft material, it’s enhanced by an all-over burnout polka dot print. Fastened by a zipper and buttoning on the side, the piece is trimmed with small pleats at the bottom. Mix styles by teaming this patterned skirt with an oversized wool sweater, a warm jacket and a pair of zipped ankle boots.
